Possibly. We care about craft and the end result, not just finishing a job. So, it's important to us that all websites we build are cohesive in design and quality. A low quality pre-existing logo is a glaring weak link. But the price of rebranding is included.

No. We require websites to be entirely designed, built, and managed by us. We've tried other approaches, but they all result in a worse product for the business and for us as a demonstration of our abilities.

However, the type of businesses we serve in the outdoor living space do need one. When your product / service is visual or creative, it's critically important for your business to utilize what a custom website offers you: the ability to have full control over the presentation of your work and the way a user interacts with your business.

You can put photos anywhere online, but you can't control things like image size / compression or what surrounds them outside of your website. You can't offer a brand-cohesive experience or custom interactions off-site. And if a platform out of your control decides to shut down, disable your account, etc, you lose any effort you put into it.

If your only goal is to have a website as fast as possible, you should generate a site with AI or use a website platform. Our audience is businesses who are further along or want to skip ahead.

Yes, but as a tool to deliver more, not replace human input or our design taste. We write the copy, take the photos, design all the visuals, features, and functionality, and then we use AI to implement faster.

A lot of what makes creative work high quality is just time; it takes a lot of time to iterate and polish to a degree that surpasses most websites on the internet. And AI simply allows us to do more of that without sacrificing the end result.
